Wow! I cannot express the funny my family had. We were welcomed in by Emily who told us to sign our waivers and directed us where to wait. When it was time to start we got to enter our room with our actor Esteban who was there to help us with clues, tips and tricks the entire time. He was awesome and a great actor who stayed in character! My mom has Leukemia and he was so incredibly kind to her. He remembered her name throughout the game and was so accommodating to her in the wheel chair and making sure we was involved. We enjoyed the hour escape room we had in Neverland and definitely want to come back to do Ministry of magic that’s coming in a few weeks. The only con we really had was: The rooms were tiny, Totally understandable considering we had 10 people (my whole family) and my mom is a wheel chair. However we would come back in a heart beat!
Best escape room in the Provo/Orem area (and best one I've been to ever TBH). They have such unique rooms. All are super imersive and incredibly themed. Props are unique to the room. There are actors who help act as a guide and give clues as you go about the rooms and every time they are such a joy to interact with. Best part are that the rooms are genuinely challenging (but the actors adjust it as you go along if you are struggling). Seriously cannot tout this place enough!
My friends and I visited Red Giant Escape Rooms and went to the South Down Butchers Basem*nt. It was an excellent experience. It was spooky and exciting. We didn't make it out, but we all had a blast. The actor, Estavon, was a awesome. He let us work on our own and helped us when needed. Overall the experience was great! 10/10. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some fun. (Make sure you know your basic math and alphabet beforehand.)

We came as a family for my 11 year old daughter’s birthday and did the Neverland room. It was fantastic! Our actor was amazing and all of us worked together to find and solve clues. It is so captivating and clever. We would give this 10 stars if we could!
Easily the hardest escape room I’ve ever been too, and I’ve been to a couple. Also extremely detailed. Like it was amazing. Our actor (Preston) stayed and character and also was very helpful without giving away too much info. Just an awesome experience. Definitely recommend. Detail was insane. We attended xenomorph
